Surge Method ("the app") is developed by Tian Xing ("we", "us"). This policy explains what information the app handles and how. The short version: we don't collect any of your data. Everything the app stores stays on your device.

1. Information We Collect

We do not collect, receive, or have access to any personal information. The app has:

• no user accounts or sign-in
• no analytics, advertising, or tracking
• no third-party SDKs
• no servers, and it makes no network connections

We do not sell, rent, or share any data, because we never receive any.

2. Information Stored on Your Device

To work, the app saves the following only on your device:

• Workout history. Activity names you type, sets, reps, times, dates, and how a session felt (Easy / Good / Hard).
• Training plan. Your baseline, your CLIMB progress, and the training days you choose.
• Preferences. Sound, haptics, rep-counting method, and similar settings.
• Camera-counting calibration. Two distance numbers (how close and how far your face is at the bottom and top of a push-up), used to count reps. These are plain measurements, not images or face data.

We cannot see or access this information. If your device backs up to iCloud or your computer, this data may be included in that backup under Apple's terms, and we have no access to it.

3. Camera and Face Data

Surge Method can optionally use the front TrueDepth camera to count push-ups hands-free. The app only offers this for push-ups, and only after you allow camera access.

When it is on, the app uses Apple's ARKit face tracking for one purpose: measuring how far your face is from the phone, in real time, to tell when you go down and come back up.

• No photos, video, face images, face geometry, or other face data are recorded, stored, or shared.
